DINGLE DISTILLERY
THURSDAY 17 SEPTEMBER, 7PM
Dave Cummins, Dingle’s brand ambassador - Beardy Dave to the whiskey societies - takes the Dingle Single Malt apart and rebuilds it in front of you. New make first, then the individual cask components, then the finished release, so you taste exactly what each cask gave it. Six pours across the evening, plus a small charcuterie board.

SPAIN, Thursday 3 SEPTEMBER
An evening in Spain with Kirill, sommelier at The Merchant Hotel. Six wines, guided from the first pour to the last, with food to match. Strictly capped at 20 seats - Wine Club members get first refusal, remaining seats released publicly. £35 per head.
